Our Story

Family Run,
Above the Water

Arzella has looked out over Marsalforn's working harbour since the 1980s, on the corner where the village meets the open sea. The name is Maltese for a clam shell — a fitting one for a kitchen built around whatever the boats below bring in that day.

The relationship with Marsalforn's fishermen hasn't changed since the family opened. Neither has the view: past the harbour wall, out to Bubbles Bay.
