Privacy Policy

Who this is

This website belongs to Arzella, Triq il-Menqa, Marsalforn, Gozo, Malta. For anything privacy-related, call +356 2155 4662.

Arzella is the controller of any personal data this site touches. Pulsify built and maintains the website but does not hold or see any of it.

What this website collects

Nothing, directly. There is no login, no account, no payment and no booking form on this site, and no database behind it. The site does not set cookies and does not use localStorage.

Getting in touch

Every contact point on this site — the "Call" buttons and the phone number in the footer — opens your phone's own dialler. Nothing is submitted to a server, stored, or seen by Pulsify. Once you call, that conversation is between you and Arzella.

Analytics

Once live, this site will use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It is aggregated, does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and cannot identify you personally. It is not yet connected on this draft.

The map

The map on the Find Us section only loads when you tap "Show map". Before that, nothing is requested from Google. Once you tap it, Google Maps loads in the usual way and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data held about you, and you can object to how it's used. Since this site holds none itself, this mainly concerns anything you've told Arzella directly by phone — ask them. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).

Changes

If this site ever adds bookings, accounts or anything that stores personal data, this page will be rewritten to say exactly what's kept and for how long, before that feature goes live.
